1.1设备技术特点

1.1.1此设备通过高压水循环，喷射过程中可附带砂粒一起，适合对铝合金、不锈钢、玻璃、陶瓷、塑胶、硅胶材质的产品或者夹具、治具、模具等进行高压清洗、去毛刺、表面喷砂。

By the high pressure water circulation, the sand will accompanied while spraying.It is suitable for aluminum alloy, stainless steel, glass, ceramic, plastic, silica gel and other materials of products or fixture, mold, such as high pressure cleaning, deburring , surface sandblasting.

1.1.2产品可360°旋转，全方位喷射 

The product can be rotated 360° to remove burrs in all directions.

1.1.3喷射头可偏摆角度  

Waterjet nozzle can swing angle.

1.1.4喷射耗材成本低，环保且效率高 

Low cost of spraying consumables, environmental protection and high efficiency.

The structure of the machine adopts two-station and two-head structure, which can be loaded and unloaded during spraying process, with high productivity.

1.3.1 去毛刺应用

Deburring Application

主要通过高压水循环喷射流的方式，针对铜、不锈钢、铝型材等金属材质，粗/精加工过程中产生的毛刺进行清洁去除，全程采用普通自来水（个别严重翻边的毛刺需要添加磨料）进行循环利用，替代现有的繁杂流程与人工作业，达到环保、低成本、低能耗、高效率的目的。

It is by this method of using the high pressure water circulation jet flow for deburring and cleaning.The burrs are produced during the process of rough cutting and precision machining for some kinds of metal material ,such like copper,stainless steel ,aluminum ,etc.In general ,only the  ordinary tap water will be used and be recycled  ,except for some serious flanging burrs . We will add some abrading substance for those serious flanging burrs . It is simply ,environmental ,efficient and low cost ,low energy.

Cleaning application

主要通过高压水循环喷射流的方式，针对SMT波峰焊治具助焊剂残留、加工件内孔/死角油污等进行高压清洗。全程采用普通自来水进行循环利用，替代现有的药剂浸泡超声波与人工刷洗，达到简洁、环保、低成本、低能耗、高效率的目的。

It is by this method of using the high pressure water circulation jet flow to remove and clean the welding flux residual in the process of SMT and WAVE soldering and the oil contamination in the hole or corner of machine parts . Only the ordinary tap water will be used and be recycled . It has replaced the existing pharmaceutical immersion ultrasonic and manual scrub . It is simply ,environmental ,efficient and low cost ,low energy.

主要通过水+砂混合循环高压喷射的方式，对铝合金、钛合金、不锈钢等材质进行喷砂处理。全程采用水&砂混合进行循环利用，替代现有的干式喷砂工艺形成产品外观雾面效果及去刀纹，达到简洁、环保、安全、高效率的目的。

It is by this method of using the high pressure water & sand (mix) circulation jet flow to sandblast the aluminum alloy part , titanium alloy part ,stainless steel part ,etc.Only the water & sand (mix) will be used and be recycled .It has replaced the existing dry sandblasting for cloudy appearance and removing knife marks on surface .It is simply efficient and environmental safe.
